Church Center is a mobile app and web experience through Planning Center where you can explore, engage, and get involved with The Bridge Church.
What is Planning Center?
Planning Center Online (PCO) is a web-based program for churches to streamline communication, organize information, coordinate events, and connect with others.
How can I find the Church Center App?
Church Center is available to download through Google Play or your Apple App Store. It is also available in a web browser version.
I serve at The Bridge Church. Does Church Center replace the Services app?
No. Please continue to use the Services app to see your serving schedule, block out dates when you cannot serve, and communicate with your serving team leader.
Giving Information
Why does Church Center ask me to enter my bank login information?
Why is there a processing fee when I give?
When you use your credit card or pay electronically, the organization receiving the payment pays a processing fee based on the total amount. Our giving system allows you to maximize your gift by covering the fees. This is optional. Simply uncheck the box and The Bridge Church will pay the fees just as it has in the past. Giving by e-check (ACH) is the best way to avoid fees as it only comes with a 30-cent cost, regardless of the amount.
Why is my giving statement incomplete?
If you have given to The Bridge Church before our migration from Realm to Planning Center, you will not see your prior giving at this time. All giving history will be imported once the migration to the new system is complete. If you have further questions, please contact stephanie@tbcvenice.com.
Directory Information
What is the Church Center Directory?
The Church Center Directory will be available soon. The directory is a private place for the people in your church to share their contact information. Participating in the directory is completely optional. People invited to the directory can see the others or share their information. You can also update your contact information on Church Center. Each invited person can choose the information they want to show about themselves or their household, and you can also always go back and change your privacy preferences for your contact and household information.
